Research Assistant (FraGen project)
FraGen: Development and application of eDNA-based methods for assessing the genetic fragmentation of fish populations in federal waterways. Developing and validating a non-invasive eDNA framework for the genetic diversity and population fragmentation of key fish species, and using it to evaluate fish passage and support waterway management. PIs: Dr. Nicole Scheifhacken and Dr. Sascha Krenek.
